Description: The school celebrated the 150 th birth anniversary of ‘Father of the Nation’ - Mahatma Gandhi. On this auspicious occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the students of Red House under the guidance of their house incharge teachers conducted a wonderful program. The students depicted the life of the great man who lived on the principles of ahimsa and nonviolence. The program started with prayer which was followed by the prayer dance. Students of class IV and V, presented a marvelous street play. Through a small yet exceptionally amazing skit, the students presented as to why Gandhiji chose to follow the path of Ahimsa and nonviolence. Many competitions such as speech, debate and poem recitation were also organised which made the day even more memorable. The program culminated with the National Anthem.
